LEGAL INSURANCE
The firm also provides legal representation in family law (dissolution of marriage and adoption), personal injury, tax and tax preparation, and financial planning. The firm is a participating panel member with Midwest Legal Services and accepts most other legal service plans where the panels are open (the insured can select the attorney of their choice).

JOHN D. WHITAKER

has been a practicing attorney in Miami-Dade County, Florida since 1974.  He is 1971 graduate of the University of Miami.  He attended the University of Miami School of Law from 1971 through 1974 and was awarded his Juris Doctorate in 1974.  He is a member of the Florida Bar, director of the Attorneys' Real Property Council of Dade County, past president of the South Dade Bar Association, and title agent for Attorneys Title Insurance Fund, Inc.

SUSAN DEETS

has been a practicing attorney in Miami-Dade County, Florida since 1982.  She is a 1969 graduate of Bellevue University with a double major in English and Psychology.   She attended the University of Miami School of Law from 1979 through 1981 and was awarded her Juris Doctorate in 1981.  She is a member of the Florida Bar, member and past president of the Attorneys' Real Property Council of Dade County, past president of the South Dade Bar Association, and title agent for Attorney's Title Insurance Fund, Inc.
